30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Eligible Items for Return

• Unused Celtic molds in original packaging
• Craft supplies and tools in new condition
• Books and instructional materials (if unopened)
• Gift items that haven't been personalized

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized Celtic molds
• Digital downloads or patterns
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Products purchased with special promotions (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
